I made a wish in the option "instant wish" several times and it didn't work. why?

A wish for someone to text you is difficult because you completely rely on the other person and have no control yourself. Adding the wish to your dreams page prompts you to imagine vividly your outcome and this helps to attract the result you want. This site is all about taking control of your dreams. You could do that by texting the person first but obviously that would only work if you know their number.

A lot of people say that this site works for them and even within a few days but not for me .. In addition, if my wish is that someone text me, why will I make this wish in dreams page? This instant wish ..

It depends on what you wished for. Some wishes take a long time to come true. Also Instant Wishes are not as powerful as resgistering and entering the wish on your dreams page.
