It is a UK website but you can use it in any country. If english is not your first language you could use Google translate to make it easier to use.

Yes I think United states can use it to that why in your account it should say in the time section that the time is american and I am not from UK either I am from USA just like you and I been using dream genie and it helped me a little With small wishes which I used instant wish page for and yeah someone also replied u can put your wish in any language so I think its worldwide anyone can use it u just gotta fix the time
