Hi do I really have to say this wish out loud if I use instant page I don't want anyone to hear what I say so I prefer saying it in my mind and believing and keeping it in mind for it to come true but is it mandatory to say it out loud

i like saying mine out loud quietly and as loud as i can, but also say it in my head so it should be fine to say out loud or in mind.

You don't have to say your wish out loud but it can help if you do. It's good to tell people your wish. Who knows, someone that hears your wish may help you. Of course some wishes may be private. Just do whatever you can and believe.
