Do you mean a toy magic wand like a Harry Potter merchandise? That should be an easy wish. If you want a real wand that actually does magic, I've never seen one in real life so I think it could be a difficult wish to have come true. Maybe you could wish for the things you would use a magic wand to get instead.

I feel like it really depends on the kind of wish. If it was something short and simple like learning to let go, then it'll come true sooner as opposed to a longer, bigger wish like wishing for a puppy which that will take long to come true. But all you gotta do is truly believe in your wish. And when you come back to this site, look at your wish and while you imagine it for 5 minutes, believe that it's coming true at the same time.
