¿What is the difference between an Instant Wish and a Dream?. Because what I wish for could work in both options.

An Instant Wish is less powerful. Once you have made your wish and launched it, it can easily be forgotten. The power can be increased by sharing and relaunching often but adding a wish (or dream) to your My Dreams page is the best option. The secret to getting what you want is to vividly imagine your life as it will be when your dream has come true. The My Dreams page is designed to help you do this when you fill out all the boxes and return to the page every day, adding more details if possible. The trick is to convince your subconscious mind that your wish / dream has already come true using your imagination.

If your wishes get fulfilled after you share them as 'Instant Wishes',that means your 'dreams' have come true! :)This is the relation-no difference,and that's why the site name is 'dreams come true' :)
